Re: FRIDAY CONFESSIONS
It ripped my heart right out of my chest. SO much worse than just her normal crying and screaming for me.
I've been too much of a pussy to talk to my boss about moving out of my mid-level management position to part time. I am being a lazy ass who just thinks everything is going to magically fall into place the way I want it. I think this morning may have snapped me out of it.

Similar-but when I go to the doctor and they tell me over and over again what a great job I'm doing laying still over & over again (especially when there's more than one person doing it) or what not I just want to tell them to shut up too. It's much more distracting to me vs just saying it once and then just giving me little updates when you're almost done.

Slightly depressing. I don't miss the place, the drama, or the people for the most part. I do miss the adult interaction. I'm completely happy with our decision for me to SAH (hello, yoga pants!) but I miss the chatter that comes with working in an office as opposed to kid chatter.

@84Lauren OMG I don't even know.
For the first month of kindergarten Sophie didn't want to go. Every day she'd ask to stay home, pretend sick, hide under her covers, anything. She says she doesn't have any friends and told the room mother she doesn't have anyone to talk to.
Most of the kids went to the same preschool, and already know each other.
I think it's starting to get better. She talks about the other kids in her class now, and while she isn't excited to go to school like she was with preschool, she doesn't ask to stay home anymore.
