  @julie37619 I also do the sir and ma'am thing. Sometimes I will say that to managers that are younger then me. I also have just stopped shaking my head when others do that to me. I am in my mid 30's and I don't feel old enough to be ma'amed yet.
  
  I hate candy corn. I don't know why I just do.
  
  On a related note a customer was going to mix candy corn and honey roasted peanuts because together they taste like a payday.

  I just found out that, after jumping through hoops to change my NJ trip to DC, the group that was bringing my interviewee to DC doesn't have the funds and now I have to change my trip back to frickin NJ (no offense, Jersey girls).  Amtrak is going to blackball me, and I feel like a ping pong ball right now.

  I am back!! My laptop went berserk and crashed and it took DH two days to fix it. But I'm back. So happy he's smarter than me.

  
  

  I also was recognized today while at McDonald's (don't judge me) by a young girl that I helped pick out books at Barnes and Noble. Two months ago. She is only ten and we only spoke for around twenty minutes or so. Best part of my day.
