How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? I'll try to PIP below. We got the room painted! This weekend we are getting the furniture up and I have a lot of ideas for decorating. Our theme is butterflies.

Anything else you would like to add or PIP? I'll try to PIP the nursery and my baby shower dress. If PIP doesn't work I'll have to come back later and do it when I am home on my wireless connection. I can't PIP when I am not on wireless...

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? DH surprised me by purchasing and hanging the new curtain rods on Friday. Since I didn't go into the nursery until Saturday morning, I didn't notice until then! lol I also put together the bouncer/rocker yesterday. DH started staining the bookcase and it looks awesome! I can't wait to see how it looks in the room. He just needs to finish staining the bookcase and then build/hang the floating shelves and we'll be done! SIL has finished the paintings she made for the nursery and we'll get them on Sunday when we see her! I'm so excited to see them!! I'll post pics as soon as everything is finished!

Anything else you would like to add or PIP? We had our last fancy date night this past Saturday and it was great! We had an amazing dinner and I'm still wishing I had more filet to eat. It was sooooooo good.

What is grossing you out? DH's BSC ex and her daughter, but that's a whole 'nother can of worms lol

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? I ordered our crib blanket (I couldn't find "the one" anywhere we registered, so I just ordered a custom one) and one really cute onesie... I just couldn't resist! Now that it's out of my system I think I can hold off til after my showers.

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? Next appointment is 3/21. Glucose test 4/24.

Have you / will you found out the sex? Girl!

Any names picked out? Delilah Rose is still the one to beat.

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? Still no nursery yet... hopefully soon if things go smoothly with this house! It will be grey and white chevrons with lavender accents.

LOs Age(s): Zack - 7 mo, Delilah - 3 yrs

Best part of your week? Zack is becoming more mobile, talkative and interactive which is fun. Delilah has been telling stories and is a imaginative. I love it!

Worst part of your week? Zack is becoming more mobile - haha. It means he's getting into things more and it's more exhausting.

Milestones? Zack is cruising the furniture.

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? Not for a couple more weeks

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? HAHA!

Anything else you would like to add or PIP? We went to BRU yesterday to check out strollers! DH's least favorite was the Chicco Liteway Plus, because the handles are a littler lower than would be ideal for him (and he's not that tall!). He added the Chicco Cortina into the mix as his favorite, since it's part of a travel system (with our chosen car seat), the handle adjusts higher/lower for each of us, and it has the little extras built in (child tray/parent tray). I adored the City Mini, but I'm having a hard time justifying it since it's the most expensive option and we'd have to buy everything else we want separately (the car seat adapter bar, a child tray, whatever). I think if the Cortina fits in my trunk when folded, we'll end up going with that one.

How many weeks are you? 19 weeks 1 day

When is your EDD? August 3rd

How are you feeling? Good! I've been having a lot of energy during the day so I was able to get a lot done this weekend.

What are you craving? English muffins with butter and jelly.

What is grossing you out? Nothing. I just want to eat everything.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? No, started our registry this weekend though!

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? Ultrasound and appointment on 3/24. The anticipation is killing me!!

Have you / will you found out the sex? Well.. we were Team Green, but I'm getting antsy so we might find out and not tell anyone. DH doesn't think I'll be able to keep my mouth shut though lol. We have two weeks to decide.

Any names picked out? Annabelle Susan for a girl. Possibly Carter John for a boy, but it's not set in stone yet.

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? Nothing to PIP yet (it's a mess). I did move out a cabinet into our dining room and emptied a box this weekend, so we're making progress!!! BRU is running a sale on the furniture we picked so we might be ordering that this week and storing it somewhere until we're ready for it.

Anything else you would like to add or PIP? I did some shopping this weekend and feel better about my wardrobe now. It was becoming a chore to get dressed in the mornings. So many sales and clearance made me feel better about my spending. Can't wait for my Old Navy order to arrive

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? I bought a new lamp for the nursery and we bought new floors for the house because I just couldn't deal with the tought of Bear crawling on our nasty old carpet

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? I had an appt. today, 28 week checkup. I also had to take my 1 hour glucose test.

Have you / will you found out the sex? Baby boy!

Any names picked out? Bernard "Bear" Bruce Jr.

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? next week i'll have some pictures!! right now its empty because the new carpet it getting installed tomorrow.

Anything else you would like to add or PIP? here is a picture of our family room with the new hardwood flooring. we still need to do trim and finish up some painting but all the furniture that we moved out to do the floors had to get shifted back into that part of the house so that the new carpets could go in. our bed is now in the middle of this room:)

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? My next appt is next week and then I finally switch to every two week appts. I feel like my doctor starts every two weeks much later than others do!

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? All the furniture is in and we just bought the rug to go in there. Just need the bedding and something for the window. And then I want to make letters spelling out his name to put above his crib.

How many weeks are you? Changed (back again!) I'm now 12 weeks 6 days. Instead of 11 weeks 5 days.

When is your EDD? Back to 9/16!

How are you feeling? Feeling really good. Have great energy, but I do get lazy after 7pm.

Anything else you would like to add or PIP? After talking to my OB today regarding the Due Date change because of the u/s, she told me she will just stick to the original DD of 9/16. I was worried because I tested at 4w 5d, and the u/s was saying I was 8 days behind.

Heartbeat sounded great and strong. I forgot to ask what the bpms were.

Already Mommies:

Best part of your week? Hearing the heartbeat with me, she was so excited. Other than that, she has been much better at listening this week.

Worst part of your week? She is back to having a cough, so I'm keeping an eye out on her to make sure it doesn't get worse.

Milestones? She has been eating so much better at every meal, and she's trying all the different foods we put on her plate.

Sorry I've been MIA - work has been INSANE the last two weeks!!!

How many weeks are you? 37!! Welcome to early term!!!

When is your EDD? 3/31/14

How are you feeling? GET HER OUT. GET HER OUT NOW. So much swelling and pelvic pressure...

What are you craving? Not much

What is grossing you out? Nothing in particular.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? We did our registry completion, and the rest of her furniture will be delivered Thursday, because my last day of work is TOMORROW!!!

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? Weekly appts. now. 1st NST today. I did the 24 catch to check for pre-eclampsia yesterday but my BP is on the low to normal side (nurse just checked it at school - 104/66)

Have you / will you found out the sex? Little girl!

Any names picked out? Yep.

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? Nursery is nearly done. We can't do the final things with her name until after she's born, but we've started putting decor on the walls and it will really be done once the hutch gets here and we can set that up.

How many weeks are you? 9w1d

When is your EDD? 10/14

How are you feeling? Still good! I expected to be so sick in first tri because my mom was so sick but I really haven't had ms at all.

What are you craving? Nothing in particular

What is grossing you out? The sight of grease. I can eat greasy food but the sight of congealed grease has been making me gag.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? My ILs offered us the crib they still have that DH and BIL used. We haven't decided yet but appreciate the offer. My concern is that cribs are recalled so often, who knows how safe a crib from the early 80s is? I don't know how much info we'd be able to get on it. Any experience with this?

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? Had my initial prenatal appt with the nurse on Friday. Got tons of information and questions answered. Also found out that even though my insurance only covers 1 ultrasound per pregnancy, the OBGYN automatically does one at the first appt at 10w and doesn't charge for it, so that's awesome! I love the office I go to. That 10w appt is next week Tuesday! Can't wait!!!

LOs Age(s): 6w4d

Best part of your week?: Colin has moved back into his room and is sleeping in his swing there. He is sleeping much better and we got a 4-hour stretch from him.

Worst part of your week?: Yesterday, Colin was incredibly constipated. He spent the majority of yesterday screaming and crying. I felt so terrible and I couldn't make it better. He finally PTFO and slept for 5 hours. He ended up going during then, but he's still really uncomfortable

Milestones?: He's paying more attention to us when we talk. If we say "Hi!" over and over to him, he tries to mouth it back to you and then lets out a sigh that sounds like "hiii..." Lol

Already Mommies:

LOs Age(s): 10 weeks

Best part of your week? Yesterday was great. It was a perfect lazy Sunday, full of baby smiles and cuddles.

Worst part of your week? We went to my IL's house for the first time. They have a very large, hyper dog (not at all vicious though). I did not want her anywhere near Rosalie, but MIL always feels she knows best... so while BIL had a good hold on the dog, MIL brought Rosie over. The dog was already wound up and didn't know what to make of Rosie (she's never seen a baby before), and she ended up jumping and nipping towards Rosie's foot (I think she thought Rosie was a toy or something). It wasn't vicious and she didn't even really come close to actually getting her, but I was just so upset about it. They ended up having the dog go over to the neighbor's, but I will not be bringing her back at all, unless they promise that the dog will not be out.

Milestones? She is now consistently STTN... It's awesome!!

@iwalktheline, I want to love your post because of Rosalie's pictures (so sweet!!), but people who let their dogs behave like that piss me off! Damnit people, just train your freaking dogs already and having little kids around dogs won't be such a huge issue!

@iwalktheline - My dog did this the first time he saw a baby (but I guess he was only like 6 months old at the time so that's a bit different), and for some reason he just really wanted her socks. We've worked a lot since them to teach him "gentle" and "easy" and now he lays down when he's around a baby. I was really worried how he'd be with our (still a dream at the time) LO. But I totally agree - it's so unnerving to have a dog lunge towards a baby! I'm sorry your MIL was so insistent on introducing the dog

How are you feeling? Omg! Awful! I should consider myself very lucky that my other two pregnancies were easy! But oh boy am I making up for it now! Te nausea and indigestion...holy crap!

What are you craving? Couldn't eat even if I desired to!

What is grossing you out? Everything!

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? Nope! Both boys have had growth spurts though. So got clothes for them. I think I did get a bottle. So that is or baby.

Best part of your week? He is definitely more alert this week which is nice. We also don't have to fight him to eat now. He cries when he is hungry and willingly takes a bottle.

Worst part of your week? I am tired. It's catching up. Weekends are great when my DH is here. Then comes Monday and it's hard.

Milestones? Hmm...I guess just looking around more and making eye contact.

They are good with training, and FIL walks her at least 5 miles a day to help dispel some of her crazy energy. But I think they trust her a little too much.

She's a good dog and has never bitten any one (or another dog for that matter)... but I'm of the school of thought that no matter how well trained a dog is, they're still an animal and can be unpredictable. Not to mention that she's a very hyper, 90lb pit mix... So she can cause some damage even if she doesn't mean to. I've had several bad scrapes from her jumping on me out of excitement (she really loves me for some reason).

How many weeks are you? 35+ weeks. My goal was at least 36 so I'm feeling pretty good about this. Both babies are over 5.5lbs and we've seen them practicing breathing so I'm no longer scared about them coming "too early"!!

When is your EDD? They won't let me me go past 38 weeks (March 28th)

How are you feeling? I'm glad the fear of preemies is subsiding and I am feeling more and more ready emotionally. Physically I'm in a lot of pain but it's still manageable so I can't complain that much. I will say the crazy pain that runs down my thigh and heartburn are my least favorite symptoms.

What are you craving? Still fruit and now I want all the cookies and ice cream too.

What is grossing you out? Nothing

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? We keep getting packages in the mail from Aunties. I love all the stuff. The amount of baby stuff I have accumulated is totally out of control.

Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? NST on Wednesday and OB appointment on Friday.

How are you feeling? nauseated in the morning and at night. My boobs hurt, but just a general soreness. They're not sensitive to touch.

What are you craving? nothing yet (but don't tell DH if you know what I mean)

What is grossing you out? nothing yet

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? nope. I won't even let DH buy the book he wants to buy me.

Anything else you would like to add or PIP? I am feeling nervous and guilty. Nervousness is from the fear that these numbers are rising slowly, and I feel like we'll have a missed m/c. It's my biggest fear right now, and it's totally plausible. I feel guilty because I think my anxiety is taking away from DH enjoying this.

Already Mommies:

LOs Age(s): 13 weeks/3 months

Best part of your week? We took Elle to meet her Grandma's aunt and uncle for the first time, and she was SO good. She had a couple of fussy moments, but no meltdowns or anything. Everyone loved her, of course. Also, watching her with DH's brother is super cute, as he is a former Marine and is just so in love with her. I loved watching him play with his niece. So cute.

Worst part of your week? Elle has been fighting naps and gets super cranky if she doesn't get at least one good nap in. But on the flip side, she slept super well last night because of it so I guess I can't complain too much.

Milestones? She is reaching for toys and loves staring at herself in the mirror.
