  We use it as an excuse to go out for a nice dinner in our 'offseason'.  We have a million dates to celebrate over the winter and none in the summer, so we celebrate it.  Plus we were together 9.5 years before getting married so there were many anniversaries prior to marriage.  This year will be our 15th so I would like to do something even more special like a weekend away.

  

  First date July 31, 1999    Married January 28, 2009 
  TTC#1 July 2010 PCOS dx April 2011 DS born: February 21, 2012
  TTC#2 June 2013 MMC Sept 2013 (partial molar), CP 02/2014 DS2 born: December 5, 2014

  We are usually on vacation for it, and we do go out to eat somewhere nicer. If we are home we go to the same restaurant. This year we leave for our cruise that day.

  We got married on our anniversary, so I acknowledge both. I would probably acknowledge both regardless though. May 19th we will be married 2 years, together for 6!

  This for us too, usually. It's also 2 days before valentines day so we do the dating anniversary instead to beat the crowds

  T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.
