I watched the debate again. I changed my mind. I think Trump came out strong. I think the media influenced my first opinion of him. He's definitely a blow hard but maybe that's what we need this time around.
They made him prove his record and he had a hard defending the fact that his conservative views are a very recent revelation. He also had a difficult time proving that he isn't a sexist pig. I don't want a sexist candidate and any democrat would make mince meat out of him in a general election.

The Dems created the concept of the war on women, so they got to invent the rules too. Bill Clinton has never been considered a part of it. And Bill Clinton may have privately been scummy, but he was never openly sexist in the public arena. In fact, he was always very charming publicly.
