My co-worker is a no call/no show today. Scary because he has never done this before. He has been on vacation the past 6 business days, and today was supposed to have been his first day back. I hope he is ok.

Any update on the missing co-worker?

Someone called him this morning. I guess he is dealing with fleas? Does that really take missing a day of work to deal with? I don't have much experience with them but really can't imagine the need to take a day off of work. And the email said he "may be back tomorrow." Umm so he may need more than 1 day? Weird.

That is the world's most random reason to take a day off work!

Does anyone have a hair person in GR that they can recommend?

Rin-rin has been doing my hair for awhile, but she's too busy with school now and I need to find someone else.

And I'm scared! I'm not very trusting when it comes to people doing my hair -- I've had some baaaad cuts and colors in my day.

I don't have a rec but wanted to sympathize. My person recently moved and I'm going to be trying a new person this week. She was suggested by my previous stylist though so that does help.

Rin-rin has been doing my hair for awhile, but she's too busy with school now and I need to find someone else.

And I'm scared! I'm not very trusting when it comes to people doing my hair -- I've had some baaaad cuts and colors in my day.

I know two stylists who I would give my highest recommendation: Emily from Capeli in Eastown or Erin from Heidi Christine's in Ada. Both are so precise and talented. Emily is more visionary so if you are looking for a new style she's the best, but Erin is more affordable and is great w/ color if you color your hair.

I know this is kind of late, but if you want something closer to home there is Studio 3 over on 3 Mile near Alpine. Ask for Diane, she has been my stylist forever or ask for Heather, she did my hair for my wedding. The phone number is 647 1467.
