Re: What's your...
dh and i are partial to irish names because...well...we're irish.
girl: mackenzie jolee, jolee being a combo of my grandma's and me/my mom's middle names. we would call her mac for short.
girl: fiona bevin (bay-vin) which, in celtic/gaelic means "fair fair lady" - if we have a second girl we want to name her this fo sho.
boy: christopher patrick or christopher preston, named after the dh's cousin who passed away 3 years ago. patrick he likes because it's just a name he's always enjoyed - or preston which is the dh's middle name that i'm absolutely in love with.
boy name: Russell Boyd...Russell has been the middle name for the boys in my family for a long time (on my dad's side of the family). Boyd has been the middle and/or the first name of the boys on DH's father's side (it is also DH's middle name).
I dont plan on having kids either but here's the names I picked out when we had to do a parenting class back in high school (still love the names).
Boy: Either HusbandsName Jr. or Edward Saxton Xavier Lastname (would go by Eddie or Xavier probably.
Girl - I made up a name that was after my brother's name and my youth pastor's daughter Dustin and Hanna- combined them to form "Dustiauhanna" (pronounced "dusty-awe-na"). It was unique and original. We (my family) convinced my sister (who got preg at 18) in the delivery room to name the baby this (instead of Aislynn) :-)... and so now I have guardianship of a not-so-little mini me with the name I always wanted for a little girl :-)
My Ceremony Location - Scottish Castle
,p>We are kind of in limbo between do we or don't we...but yep - the names are ready just in case:
Girl: Kerington Denisse (No special meaning, I just love the way this name sound with our last name!)
Boy: David Ellis (David is H's first name, Ellis is my Mom's dad's name. Always loved the name, love and miss him!)
How fun!!!
