As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Thanks for all the advice. We picked up a bed for C, and a bunch of coloring books, crayons, some educational things like flash cards. We read on the adoption board that having a special stuffed animal is good, so we got her a PillowPet.
We're meeting her early next week, and she could be in our home by the end of the week. It depends on how quickly the paperwork can be filed, and if mom signs off on letting us take her out of state. (DH and I have a trip to DisneyWorld planned in 2 weeks) Ideally by Thursday she'll be our home. I'd like it to be Tuesday, but we'll see.
