B&M Monday
I hate my hair. I spent a fortune on it and it looks NOTHING like what the stylist and I talked about. I told her I wanted "dark blonde." I look like Ricky Ricardo.
I ate way too much this weekend. Oh and the Mavs. Ugh, I have no words.

My B&M is that I have already blown my nose about 50 times this morning.
And I was not nearly as productive this weekend as I wanted to be.
*sigh* I guess. I was actually all ready to go much shorter and then she didn't take that much off and it was sort of a let down. The whole thing was pretty much a letdown all the way around.
My nose is still raw and crusty and blowing it borders on excruciating. I slather it in Vaseline and Neosporin every tnight.

My B&M is I am having stomach issues again, this is the 3rd or 4th time in 6 months and I never used to have issues. Its usually over a weekend and I know I dont eat as good on the weekend as I do during the week but its not horrible either.
I dont care much for the Mavs but Matt does and when Matt gets pissy at a team he just gets pissy in general.
On the bright side though we got all of our pictures back this weekend which was a super awesome surprise.
The dark color is semi-permanent so I'm just going to let it fade and start over. *sigh* Ok, I'm done whining.

Stephie - Ouch... are you sure you hate it or is it just a shock? When I took mine back to dark, I was pretty overwhelmed by it. Now I love it, though.

My dad and brother are not getting along right now. It's pretty bad and I don't really know what to do to fix it. I think I'm going to force them to go to a counselor though, that's for sure.
I was moderately disappointed on Saturday morning to discover that Aunt Flow had stopped by. I hate her right now, I really do because she is making me miserable.
On the bright side (I have to find something), I saved $800 by calling Disney last night.
I slept like crap last night. The tornado siren went off so we were stuck in the half bath for like 30 minutes...I'll be glad when we don't have to deal with this storm stuff anymore. Well the storms I am fine about but the tornadoes not so much. Andplusalso...we spent last Saturday cleaning up storm mess as well as this Saturday and Sunday. I went to look at the damage this morning but it was a swamp.
I was in charge of weed-eating this weekend for what I am sure was the first and last time.
My chair at work can be moved up or down but it keeps moving on its own. Pretty soon I will be on the floor.
It was not a fun realization last night when I discovered the clinking in the washer was my e-ring, band and another ring. Thankfully everything was still intact.
My grandmother turns 70 next year so I've been thinking of what to get her and thought about either a small trip or pictures. The bad part about this is deciding and keeping it a secret.

Dogs hated the storm last night and the bigger dog decided to jump on the bed (which he never does) and sit on top of me. I couldn't get David to wake up for like 20 minutes and the dog had me pinned in an awkward position so I couldn't push him off.
I have had a continual headache since last Tuesday. Its really intense in the afternoons. I thought it was the antibiotics I was on last week causing the headaches but I finished the antibiotics Friday morning and still have the headache.
(This is for my parents) We went to Eastland Saturday for family Easter. On the way home my parents got stuck in the storm that had baseball size hail. There van that they just got from the shop for a car accident now looks like some crazy person went after it with a baseball bat. Paint is missing, the windshield is almost bashed in, and the hood can't open because of how the hail hit the car. I think it will total the car but my dad is taking it to get an estimate today. I'm just glad they are ok and were able to make it home!
Stephie - can't you get the color pulled out? That's probably not the right term, but hopefully you know what I mean. Also, how short is it? Can you flip it out and make it a little spiky? I used to have really short hair, so I know a few short hair hairstyles.
I'm so not ready for it to be Monday. I did have a nice weekend, though and accomplished quite a few things on my to do list. Also, I went and checked out kindles. I didn't buy one, but now DH knows that I want one.
I absolutely HATE the fact that DH's work schedules him to work until 11:00 or Midnight during weeknights and then has him go in at 5AM on the weekends. They were bent out of shape because he requested off for the WEDDING, yes people, they were pissed he wanted time off to get married, and ever since then, they have given him the worst schedules possible. Y'all can just imagine how crappy that is...
On the brighter side, his last day there is coming up soon, and hopefully his new job will be much better to him

I just spent 30 minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't log in. Then I remembered the Bump asking for a profile update and having changed my email address. So confusing.
I am too tired to even B&M today.
Yeah. We were getting inconclusive results from the home tests and I was ready to go to a doctor. I did feel a bit of relief. A friend of mine recently went through a very rough pregnancy, and while I know that every person's pregnancy is different, it has me a little scared of what to expect if it every happens. Not to mention that a three month absence is not a very friendly way to be re-introduced to biology.
Bill loves his and I love the Kindle app. You can use it for your computer, iPhone and iPad. Plus, he buys all the books and I can hack into his library and read them too.

It's not short really. In fact, I was expecting shorter. But I can't focus on the style because I hate the color so much. And I am just going to let the color fade--it's semi-permanent (thank goodness) and I should have my blonde back in about 6 weeks. So then I'll just start over.
I just got to work and have no sign that anyone remembered my birthday. Not even a card.

my last birthday, my co-workers decided to wait until almost the very end of the day to give me my card. i don't know why they did that, but i spent the whole day cranky about it, and then felt stupid. maybe your co-workers are similarly challenged.
~The first part made me snicker and the 2nd... well I'm just glad your rings are good.
I'm tired this morning, didn't sleep much either thanks to the storms. Then our power went out too and so much for getting to work on time. I just can't force myself to go in looking like poo. So I just slept in some and got up when the power came back on.
I did! Ben took me to Morton's Saturday night--oh man, that place is expensive. But it was good. My co-worker made me a homemade coconut cake and instead of bringing it to work, I picked it up Saturday and when my mom and sister came over yesterday for Easter I served it then and I had two huge pieces of it!
I have a card now and I'm getting a white chocolate Cheesecake Factory cheesecake at 3:00.

I had such a great weekend (and a few Easter miracles!) so I planned to carry that feeling/attitude into work with me today. By 8:15 am, that plan was an epic fail. How much longer until Friday?
