For a very long time I thought 'so' meant spin off.
There are a total of four women that work in my office - three work in the back of the building, I work in the front. I have parked in the front of the building for five years. An email just went out to all the women to park in the back now because we're getting busy and need the space for customers.
1. WTF - parking in the back is a longer walk for me vs them
2. The person who sent out the email parks in the front and I bet he will continue to do so.
3. Several other male employees park in the front and NONE of them were on that email.
I'm p*ssed right now.
I'm not a morning person! I had to get to work early today and my co-worker hasn't stopped talking, mumbling, or singing to herself since I got in a half hour ago. I'm having a hard time putting on a smile! I really would like to strangle her!
I also am irritated at H. For the first 4 1/2 years we were married he worked out of the home so he would stay up late, sleep in, and stumble downstairs in his PJ's to go to work. I probably joked with him a few times over the years about it. Well he was laid off but found another job at the end of August but it requires him to go into an office. Shortly after he started they wanted him in around 7am. He started going to bed earlier and waking up earlier. I am a night owl and stay up late and get to sleep in later than he does and he won't stop making comments about how it must be nice to sleep in. He probably says something at least 2-3 times a week. For some reason he doesn't get it that he goes to bed early and wakes up early but I stay up late and wake up late--thus getting approx. the same amount of sleep that he does. Then throw in a nap for him after work and he's getting more sleep. I called him out on it yesterday when he brought it up and he said I used to say stuff to him all the time--I beg to differ, I am not the one that usually teases about stuff! UGH!
I HATE when people ask stupid questions and then expect scholarly answers!
DH complains everyday how tired he is. I want to scream. I wake up to pump in the middle of the night and end up losing an hour or more of sleep every night. LO STTN, so DH is getting a solid 7 hours of sleep. STFU dude!
And if a department has a pot luck, it's because we all pitched in money or food to have this celebration. It annoys the.*** out of me that people from other departments feel entitled to take a plate full of food. What's worse is when they circle the area and wait for no one to watch them so they can take stuff. Obviously you know your actions are wrong! I had to confront someone about it. I told them to pitch in or stay away. We can see them on the cameras

Losing it...Without Losing it
I admit that I bought those yellow shoes that I posted yesterday, even though I don't need them, have no idea where I will wear them, and frankly don't have any more room in my closet for them.
Clearly I have an addiction. My shoes are taking over our spare bedroom.....and yet, I want more!
Also, I confess that the other day when several of you posted that you are/were a size zero/triple zero/whatever, I was one part jealous and one part scared for you.
I totally did too. And even though I know what it means, sometimes I still think spin off in my head when I see it.
This annoys me too - one of our sales reps office is next to mine and if he's not in his office they pop into mine and ask where he is. I have no clue - he doesn't check in with me!
I think crocs are dumb.I am annoyed that since the weather is getting nicer I am starting to see them more. They are fine around the house or the garden, but they are not proper Mall attire. Also, it makes me mad when I see kids on the playground with them. They don't provide support and fly off and cause the kids to fall down more than they already would. They are just dumb and ugly.
Also, my mom is coming in on Mother's day. I am annoyed because we aren't close, and don't have a good relationship. Normally I would just call her on Mother's day...but since she's going to be here, I feel like I should do more. I don't wanna.
Hahahah Me too!
When I say a long time I am pretty sure I read it/figured it out in the last 6 months.
Wait, what does it mean?

Crocs ARE dumb. I like to remind people in the spring that crocs are really stupid looking, and in the fall I like to remind people that leggings are not pants.

*I bought 3 shirts (for 60$ from express so really, not bad) and a pair of jeans (not cheap ones either) yesterday. I have not told DH yet because I'm not supposed to be shopping....
*I've lost 3" off my waist since January, and I really really wish I could pull off a 2 piece swim suit this summer.
*I ate my snack already.

Mailing out MIL's Mother's Day card really pissed me off. She's a bad mom and a bad grandmother.
Are leggings OK in the spring?? Cause I am totally wearing them today. I don't fit into my normal pants and maternity pants are still too big -- so it's dresses or leggings. And it was too cold for a dress this morning!
I personally think leggings are fine as long as whatever top you're wearing goes well below your butt.
Oh trust me....it does. It definitely does.
If you could take off the leggings and be decently covered in public, they are fine. If you take off the leggings and I can see you underwear, you're wearing them as pants, and you are wrong.

What if she has awesome underwear on?
That's between you and your husband

What if I DON'T have underwear on?
KIDDING!!
This exactly!
First, go buy some underwear, THEN go buy real pants.

Just once throughout this pregnancy, I want to complain about something (sleeping poorly, being sore, back hurting, etc.) without DH having a "sympathy" ailment of some sort. It doesn't make me feel better, in fact it pisses me off. I have been carrying this kid for the last 9 months, let me b!tch and you just say, I am sorry, is there anything I can do, you are doing great!
I have decided that I am not going to remind/encourage/enable DH about his mom's birthday next month or Fathers Day for his dad. He acted completely helpless when it came it Mothers Day card/present for his mom this year and it just made me think, what did you do before I was around? Well you can do it again.
