Re: Say Anything part 27
Saying some prayers for you.
Also, when you have a minute, shoot me a message & we'll figure out arrangements for watching your pup while you're on vacation
I do admit to using craptastic.....
The last part made me LOL...not that it's really funny, but because I just posted that rant the other day about my friend and her asking people to watch her dog in their homes for three weeks. A funny coincidence
Haha - i was thinking it was a joke, too!
Just take a little bit from each grocery store visit and put it in your pocket! It's going to be one less thing you have to spend money on there! :-)
:-( Hope everything turns out ok!
I thought about posting something in your other thread about how I was in a similar situation with a friend who embarassed herself by begging people to watch her dog. But you DD'd too soon.
Good grief. Big hugs and lots of prayers headed to you all.
LOL Ok actually that's not really funny but it is. I'm also looking for someone to watch our cats...
I'm kidding. My mom is going to do it, unless of course she lands in the hospital too.
Going next door to talk to the neighbors just in case we need a plan B.
I'd tell you to bring them over too, but we're both allergic.
LOL Then I would really owe you!
No my mom and dad will still come feed them, unless my mom gets really sick and goes into the hospital too. If that happens I'll just have my next door neighbor check on them, I talked to her about it this morning.
Too bad my mom and niece can't room together and get a 2 for 1 discount!
I would welcome a 'thank you' bottle from the tequila industry today!
I'm not the tequila industry, but if you come over tonight I'll give you a margarita. I really want to make some tonight, but with DH's diet he's only allowed to drink red wine.
This is the second time I have bought the organic/all natural/hippie chicken at Costco, brought it home, opened it a few days later and it smells RANK. The sell by date is not until May 11!
So I put the nastyasschicken in a ziploc and I am returning it.
I've never had a problem with anything I've bought at Costco in all the years that we've been members. But I bought pre-made pizza crust and bread there last weekend and the pizza crust (that hasn't been opened yet) is moldy and the 2nd loaf of bread we bought is moldy already. The sell by date on both of them is the end of May!
Today was the first day in almost 2 weeks that I woke up and felt pretty good. I'm finally getting over this cold.... except now I have pink eye in both eyes.
Seriously? Pink eye? I'm having a baby in 3 days. I'm not ok with this.
I'm back to loving Costco. They gave me a full refund for the chicken AND looked up in the computer the chicken I bought six weeks ago that was also rank and gave me a full refund for that as well.
No! I will have to check it out.
Sorry - I had it week before last and woke up with it again this morning. SO frustrating!
Crazy Christmas Kids!
The cold is lingering too, although I feel much better. I just look like I smoked a pound of weed and stayed up for two weeks straight. Which is nice when I have to go out in public 47 months pregnant.
DH came down with The Cold yesterday though. So I think I'm about to find out what it would be like to take care of newborn twins. He's presently huddled under a blanket in the recliner occasionally making pathetic moaning noises. I assume they're either to alert me to his impending demise or to let me know that he is, indeed, sick and barely alive.
Ha! Week before when I went to the Dr DH said that morning it looked like he had beat me because my eyes were so swollen and then later that evening I just looked high as hell.
Be sure that you throw out everything makeup related that has been near your eyes. I thought I had but realized that I had used a make up brush for eye shadow that I had not thrown away. That's the only way I can imagine I got it again.
On the man cold - I'd vote to stay as long as you can in the hospital. : )
Crazy Christmas Kids!
Kim, the man cold is real. Poor things are just in pain and miserable...http://www.webmd.com/cold-and-flu/features/truth-about-man-colds
Crap. I forgot about throwing away my make up. I usually only wear eye liner and mascara, both of which I *just* bought... as in I used them for the first time on Saturday. Blah.
Harmony- You're right. I can't possibly understand how miserable he is. I should do something for him. Maybe I'll make an extravagant dinner and give him a foot massage tonight. Or maybe I'll throw some Cheerios in a bowl for dinner and crush up a Sudafed in his juice glass and tell him to suck it up because I have the same damn cold.
Yep - I got to use my new ones last week for 3 days and will have to toss them.
I thought that selling on Craigs List would be easy. It's annoying and the only emails I have gotten are scammers. Grrrrr..
Crazy Christmas Kids!
I usually put serious inquiries only and it seems to help with scammers.
on another note *I spy a ticker!*
