What have you been up to?
(Saw this on my Bump month board and thought it was pretty cool to actually see how much people's lives can change in only 5 years time)

In the past five years, I have gotten married (technically that was 5.5 years ago) graduated from college, started a new job, took a few vacations, got pregnant, had a baby, became a SAHM, moved to a different house, and got pregnant with #2.
All while continuing to be awesome.

In the past 5 years...
I got married, changed jobs twice, got a dog, had a baby, moved to a new house, and am now having baby #2.
Lived in Washington, DC, worked in Germany for 11 months, traveled all over Europe and the Middle East (often alone!), moved to East Lansing, started a grad program, met DH, moved back to Royal Oak, got dog #1, got a new (present) job, quit grad program, moved in with DH, went to Germany and Lake Como, IT with DH, traveled more for work (just nationally), got dog #2, got engaged, more work travel, got married, honeymooned in Mexico, fixed up some of our house, got KU.
Almost exactly 5 years ago, I graduated from MSU and DH and I bought our first place. Since then we have moved out of state to Knoxville, got married (in MI), I started a new job in TN, moved to a different house in Knoxville, and moved back to MI 5 months ago. I know this isn't about me, DH finished his MBA last year
We also took a couple amazing trips including Italy and Maui. Oh and we got a puppy (my first dog I've ever had!)

Got engaged, bought a house, got married, went to Mexico twice, Hawaii once and had a kid.
Oops...also got a dog, changed jobs 3 times (most recently to be a SAHM).

Five years ago I had just closed my business in Kalamazoo, and moved back to the Detroit area. Since then I:
Met, dated, and married DH.
Was in sales and switched to a new job in account management/meeting planning.
Went from renting a house, to renting an apt, to purchasing a house.
Did a lot of renovations on said house.
Traveled to India.
Got 4 new nieces and nephews and became a godmother.
Started a "side" business and grew it to 10 employees (still growing).
In the past 5 years...
I graduated from College, bought a new car, got a "real" job, moved out of my parent's house and into an apartment with my then boyfriend, got a cat, got engaged, got a second cat, planned my wedding and got married, and bought a house.

In the past 5 years, I have:
I first read this as POOPED a kid out.
Oh man...interesting!
In the past 5 years, I've:
Got a promotion, then got laid off
Unemployed for 6 months
Returned to previous job as a temp
Met, dated and married DH
Got re-hired in permanently at the same job
Had 3 different cars (leases)
Got pregnant
Had my son
Died and resurrected (ha ha!) from PPCM
Went on 2 cruises
Became a great aunt
Dealt with DH's 2 years of unemployment
The other man in my life
Born 11/19/10 - 7 lbs. 4 oz. - 20.9 inches

My past 5 years have been boring, I must make the next 5 exciting!
Started enjoying my married life, worked our way thru a family tragedy, went on a few small vacations, worked at the same job, got pregnant, had a baby and thats it..
I was engaged, started my forever career, bought a house, got married, went on a few trips, became debt free (minus house), got 2 new cars, laid my last two grandparents to rest, worked on houre renovations, had a baby, and still enjoying the good life, looking forward to what's about to come!
We were already engaged so...
- Bought a house
- Adopted dog #1
- Got married, which then made me an Aunt (7 times over now)
- bought a new car and 4 wheeler
- graduated college...again with MSME
- Adopted dog #2
- Took a few much needed vacations (I would say 2 per year)
- DH changed jobs twice
can't think of much else...

Met DH, graduated college, got engaged, moved to Texas, sold my condo, got married and moved to Atlanta.
In the past 5 years - visited Dominican Republic, Vegas, New Orleans and Mexico.
I've changed jobs 3 times in the past 5 years
I started dating DH, graduated with a Masters degree, studied and passed the CPA exam, got engaged, got married, started playing golf and started to TTC.
ETA: Went on several great vacations with DH (Bahamas, Chicago, Vegas, California, Florida); had to put down my 15 year old kitty; lost my grandma, aunt and a few friends but have also witnessed family and friends bring beautiful babies into the world.
In the past five years...
I have graduated with my undergrad and got a job teaching.
Went back to school to get my master's while working full time.
Got engaged.
Moved in with DH in his house he bought.
Got a dog.
Got married.
Got pregnant.
Had DS.
Put our house up for sale.
To be continued...
I should add traveled to Mexico, Portland, Seattle, St. Louis, Georgia, South Carolina, Up North, went on a carribbean cruise, and went to the Dominican Republic!
I know my next 5 yrs won't be as busy as the last 5.
The last 5 I: celebrated my 1st anniversary, traveled a lot (London, Italy, Orlando/Tampa twice, Miami, Toronto, San Fransisco, Seattle, Tennessee twice, North Carolina, NYC, Boston, Baltimore, DC, St. Louis, Kansas City-I think that may be it), crossed off a few more baseball stadiums off our list, became a SAHM & had 2 kids, dealt w/DH's job loss & then his new job & adjusting to him traveling during the week.
I know my next 5 yrs won't be as busy as the last 5.
