Cause I think I've been doin' it wrong.

I don't like it.

Maybe its because I'm short? Do you bring lube into the shower? I find that water == lube.

    We usually have a little dry land foreplay before going in so lube isn't necessary.

    I think it depends on the shower, height of you and DH and how strong your DH is. If he can lift you up and hold you really well that makes for more fun IMO. It can be dangerous and slippery though...

    I'm not a huge fan of it either. I like it every now and then, but it's not my fav. For me it's a temperature issue though. I get cold in a shower if I'm not under really warm water. I just can't find the perfect scenario in the shower where I'm not freezing, or annoyed with the water that's splashing in my face. Now bathtub sex I'm all for.

    We've tried it a few times, but it's more trouble than it's worth IMO.

    It can be difficult and requires some awkward leg lifting.  Also, there are lubrication issues.

    We will sometimes foreplay by taking a shower together, but then move to the bedroom for the main event. The logistics of the shower are just not that good for us. Maybe someday if we redo it and make it bigger... have some sort of bench.. I'm not sure what would be the best...

    Water can be drying which is why it doesn't work well as a lube. Water based lubes will wash off (as they are designed to do). Silicone lube is the way to go for any sort of water play. 

    If you are wanting to mess around in the shower but maybe sex is weird or awkward, you can always take a toy in with you. Most are waterproof now and the variety is endless.  You can also create a sexy spa feel at home with scrubs, washes and lotions to use on each other. 

    I know I am sort of a random poster over here these days but as this is my area of expertise as it were, I wanted to weigh in ;-)

    We love fooling around in the shower.  We're about the same height.  We usually will save the uh, fininshing touches, for outside the shower though.

    I enjoy it every once in a while. We usually have lots of foreplay so there is no lube issue. DH is strong and can hold me up or he uses those thigh muscles to bend down a little bit and I just bend over LOL. Sometimes we just initiate in there and move to the bedroom if we don't feel like working that hard.

    LOL Fair enough.  It isn't just for his parts ;-)  I am not of the splooge ingesting variety myself. Pretty much nothing makes that worth while to me. I do, however, have other tricks up my sleeve that make everyone happy.     

    I feel like I need to go brush my teeth now. cotton candy and chocolate flavored splooge needs to be banished from my being.

    These are also especially useful. We have two of the handles, and I want the footrest. I think it would work for leg shaving too.

    I tried to use a towel rod as one of those handles once and broke off the wall and took some tile with it all down into the tub. We moved to the bed after that.
