    Hi and thank you! How do you find Newcastle?? do you watch Geordie Shore?? we get UK MTV here in Germany and it really makes us British look bad!!! lol

    Ha! No I don't - we dont' have Sky, so we don't get MTV. I think I'm okay missing it, though I'd love to see it! :)

    Hi and welcome! I'm a Californian and am married to an English guy. We met in SF, then lived in London and Vancouver before coming back to CA to have DS.

    Thank you :D I lived in London most of my adult life !! Im originally from Leeds though.

     

    Thank you - we are gonna need it! we are still waiting on our visa interview and its already taken 3 months!! heres hoping the move and visa process quickens up as my hubs new report date is in a few weeks! 

    We did the interview here(in the States), but it really wasn't too bad. It just takes for flippin' ever to take care of all the paperwork and for everything to come though.

     I've never been to Leeds, closest I've been is Manchester and Blackpool Embarrassed

     

    yeah it does seem to take a crazy long time! im just really hoping we get the interview and the visa within the next 7 weeks - i just got my husband back  8 weeks ago  after him being in Afghan for a year - even  a few weeks apart seem like wasted time!

    what did you think of Manchester and Blackpool?? 

    Loved Manchester! Blackpool was, um, interesting. I went there because an ex-boyfriend was from near there. He thought it was the awesomest place ever and I as too blinded by love to argue.

    My husband is from Amarillo Texas ! and actually my parents live in France in the Loire. Where in France do you live?? 

    I live in Paris for now. Before that, we were in Rouen. Hoping to stick in this area for a while though!

    Yeah its pretty ridiculous!!! LOL defo makes British look bad!! but hey i guess they have to compete with that Jersey Shore progam!! :P

    Manchester is great! and LOL yes i love your polite way of saying Blackpool is Interesting! its soooooooo tacky!!! did you buy a kiss me quick hat!! LOL i think anyone that goes there seems to end up with one of those silly hats!

    Oh i love Paris - thats where my hubby proposed (on top of the Eiffel tower)!  :D I dont think ive ever been to Rouen -  ive lived in Nice, and then visited France around 20 + times. i actually wish there were US army bases in France so we coukd be based there! I love France and would give anything to live there again!
