Re: Tuesday randoms
The fog didn't really have any impact on my drive, although it was pretty heavy.
This morning for breakfast I had a Fiber One Bar, some dried mango and a veggie sausage patty.
Hoek - Thank you for the suggestion to add goat chee to roasted veg. I did this last night (and subsequently just finished my leftovers for lunch) and it was super tasty. Or Tastey if you're Fergie.
Kasa - The documentary starts airing on PBS in October, Mlive actually just had an article on it.
GRSP - Just sad. Sometimes the best way to help a person is to let them figure it out for themselves, and since he doesn't sound very reliable, I'd hate to see him take advantage of an elderly neighbor w/a big heart.
This is one of my favorite home made pizza combos, too. Roasted or grilled vegetables with goat cheese with red sauce. Before I put it on a pizza, Mike had no interest in goat cheese. It makes me so happy. I am menu planning for next week and I think we need to have this one night.

Despite a fog advisory over here, I didn't see any on my drive over. I listen to Michigan Radio which covers both sides of the state and when they said "fog advisory for the region" I wondered what it was like over there.
I miss the west side so much. Detroit is cool and all, but I'm really looking forward to the day when I can return to living and working back on the lake shore. It's funny how I didn't realize how committed I was to the area until I spent some time away.
