As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Most mornings, it's coffee and cold cereal. I allow myself time to get up and actually eat before work, it helps me ease in to the day.
If I have to be at work early, like a couple of mornings this week, I will grab a packet of instant oatmeal (TJ's whole grain w/ cranberry - yum!) to make when I get there.
I'm always hungry again mid-morning, but luckily Luna Bar sponsors an series of events another branch of my company puts on, so we have an endless supply - so I'll have half of one of those around 10am or so.
