Oh, I thought of my B&M. Food prices. They are insane. I have got to start couponing. We don't make enough money to spend what I spend on food. And that's just every day food, not including what I will have to buy for the holidays.

Absolutely. We had no plans to buy any appliances until after the first of the year when we are getting our countertops done, but Home Depot's current appliance ad is unbeatable.
We got a basic (but with great reviews!) GE Range in black for $348. That's almost $100 less than we have seen it anywhere and I've been browsing for months. While we were there, we perused dishwashers and found a black Maytag on sale for $298. The buttons are at the top, and all that you see on the front is the handle, so I wasn't concerned with the mismatched brands. Since we bought 2 appliances together, we also got an extra $50 off the total.
We considered stainless in all of our decisions, but... I just really didn't want to deal with it...and decided that black would look great with the countertop choices we are considering.
Good deal! We have black for the same reason. I couldn't justify the price difference for something that was going to be more work for me anyway.
Today is my GTKY day over on GP, so if you get bored come re-live my wedding, look at pics of Titan and see me being an AW. I also received my new bling on Friday, silver = too much time on the Nest!
Re: Breaking Dawn, I am going tomorrow night - this was my LEAST favorite book, so I didn't have high hopes for the movie anyway. Fun times with drinking, friends and werewolves will be had though, so it's all good.

Hey all! Not too much to B&M, this weekend was pretty good. I got to have one last dinner with my friend before she leaves for Japan for 2 years.
I downloaded the Hunger Games books last Tuesday and am almost done with all three books, it was nice to relax and read this weekend.
Lacey - Glad to hear the move went well and Tiffany yay for new appliances and the hypothetical situation!

I just had my first Boca burger. It wasn't bad at all. I kind of liked it actually. My boss' wife saw me and she said her favorite is Amy's California burger. I love Amy's so I'll have to try that next.

I am glad you girls liked the Titan story. My wedding story is up now. I have to work on my vacation story next. I love this GTKYN day...it's going by really fast because the posts take so long to make.

I don't have much to B&M about - other than I totally agree about food prices being ridiculous. DH and I went shopping for T-day ingredients and spent WAY TOO MUCH. When we offered to host Thanksgiving dinner, I probably should have factored in the expense.
Exciting news - my SIL is (hopefully) getting induced this afternoon, so I should have another niece/nephew by tomorrow! They don't know the sex of the baby, and already have two girls....so we're all curious to know if it's going to be an all-pink Princess christmas :0)
Stephie- I know I would've failed with ice cream cake as well! I love ice cream cake!
I feel like i am so behind! I need to start my Christmas shopping. I have only bought one thing :-/

I just got through reading your vacation post and a new email popped up from Living Social for a trip to South Africa!
Great timing! All I know about South Africa is that there is a girl in my math class who is from there and she is a real B. That was mean, but it's also true...lol.
I'm out of things to AW on GP...I think I was supposed to break the TTC story, DH and Me, etc. into separate posts...but that's a lot of work!
