I don't like supernatural stuff for the same reason as you, but I loved Lost (well at least the first three season then it got a little too weird).

The original Beverly Hills 90210 was always one of my personal faves, too. I can watch those (especially the high school episodes from the very beginning) over and over again. Even the original Melrose Place seasons.
I will fully admit that for laugh therapy Beavis and Butthead and In Living Color never get old.
That 70s Show and Married With Children are a couple other favorites.
