I'm jealous of the pool and garden!
I LOVE it. Seriously, I would move in in a second. It's huge, too, which is so nice. The outdoor space is amazing. It must be pretty much a necessity to have a pool there but it seems like such a luxury from where I am sitting (not quite freezing cold yet but its on the horizon!).
And I totally agree, change out the flooring, the hardware and the glass in those kitchen cabinets and you'd feel totally different about that space. It's really got a lot of potential. SO happy for you guys!
I won't have any money left because Mr. Family Man DH says he'll buy his parents a camper, my parents the same and then we'll split what's left over with our siblings. Out of the 400,000 that you can win as the grand prize this year, that doesn't leave much!
