I've seen it. It doesn't happen when sitting on the toilet, it happens when they are trying to take their pants down in time and are bending over to get on the toilet. Or, getting off the toilet. Or washing their hands or getting the toilet paper wet when it hits again.

I am a big girl I can handle tough advice and don't think anyone was harsh. I was just thinking last night why am I the one who has to do this? Isn't this my mom's responsilbity?

Sorry if flipping back and forth between screen names is confusing. My husband is working from home on our computer and I don't want to change the log in on my iPhone and lose this log in!

Your father definitely needs to be evaluated for mental illness. My great-grandfather used to spread feces on the walls or wherever and when he was finally checked out they found he had Alzheimer's.

I would support your mom in helping to get your father the help he needs, but I would not let him in my home again.

This happened at the gas station where my ex worked about 15 years ago. It was really busy that day and someone told the cashier that the bathroom needed attention, but she ignored them because she was too busy. My ex was a mechanic/tow truck driver, and she asked him to check it out because she was busy with customers. He went in the women's bathroom and it was crazy-there were two stalls and it looked like someone started shitting in one stall and got up, still shitting, and went to the other stall and finished on the floor. It was a lot, so we think it was an adult. But it was really sick. My ex cleaned it and it was really sick.
