  We try to go to bed around 10pm (ok often 10.30). I get up around 7am or whenever DS starts to coo.... DH gets up around 6.30am. Before DS I would happily sleep all morning and could easily sleep 12 hours a night. Im suffering now! But I know I was sleeping too much before. 

  Now if I could figure out DS napping I could get on with things during the day better... I need to get him out of that 45 min sleep cycle bam Im awake, coz he's getting grumpy!! Ive just bounced him though through a sleep cycle and he's done 2 hrs! yippee!

  I try to be in bed no later than 10:30.  In an ideal world, I'd go to bed around 8:45 every night.

  I'm usually in bed between 9-9:30 and fall asleep shortly after.  The alarm goes off at 5:00.  Stupid alarm.

  In bed between 10 and 11.  DH is usually asleep 3.5 seconds later.

  I fall asleep anytime between 10:30 and midnight.  Depends on if I'm reading, watching TV or my brain just won't stop working.

  Gracious, y'all go to bed late!  DH and I always say we are so old because we can't stay up late.  DH is usually asleep on the couch by 9:30 if he hasn't gone to bed by then.  We like to go to bed together so if he's up past 9:30 then we'll both go to bed between 9:30 and 10.  If he goes to bed earlier then I sometimes stay up until around 10:30, or rarely 11. 

  If I had to pick 1 time I'd say 10pm.   

  DH stays up later then me. I usually end up turning off the tv and going to bed around 10:30. pre pg I'd head to bed around 9 or 9:30, now it's as soon as Addie is in bed around 8:30 but I still end up falling asleep at the same time.
