Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

And FWIW, I just read that thread on ML and the rejection argument is really dumb. E has no idea if he's "rejected". I tell him we're going to get his picture taken. He has no idea what that means in terms of whether he got the job or not. I can see for a girl, who is a little older, like 5 or 6 who might ask if she got the job that could be an issue. But, all a kid E's age knows is what's happening at that moment. Not what it means for tomorrow.
