I'm graciously letting Heith watch the last bit of the football game before I steal the tv. I've been checking out some of the dresses online though.

I love Juliana Marguiles in the purple. Claire Danes and Salma Hayek were both different but nice.
Amy Poehler need to stop with the sausage half sleeve and poor Melissa MCarthy. I know she's fat but she deserves better than a funeral muumuu.

I haven't seen Amy, but YES about Melissa. I was like "OH MELISSA NO" when I saw her. She is so pretty and could do so much better.
I agree that Claire's dress is different-pretty - I love the back. I really dislike her eye makeup though - it's just all black and severe.

eta: Yes about Sofia, she is pretty one note. It works for her though.

I like the top of Elle's dress, hate the bottom.
I reeeaally wanted Amy Pohler to win that one just now.. boo hiss.
I liked it too, though it seemed more like it should be a knee-length cocktail dress.
Jonah Hill was so good in Moneyball. He was robbed.
I love that guy from Homeland. Gah he is hot.
And I haven't typically been a fan but Adam Levine looks good in a tux.
I hate it too. Laura Dern looks good. I don't find her "pretty" but she looks good tonight. Ashton looked totally uncomfortable. I wanted Laura Linney to win that award though. But, that's probably because that's the only show I watch out of all those nominees

Kate Beckinsale is gorgeous even though I hate the trend in dresses that come the a point in the armpit area.
Seth Rogen is just gross.
I love Michelle Williams. I wish she more often dressed to match her sexy, edgy hair instead of so buttoned up.
