I don't understand why you would wait a year for PT. That confuses me. My PT sees women postpartum all the time.
If you are having that much issue I would get a second opinon. Do you have a PCP that can refer you?
Seriously, I cannot tell you what a difference PT makes for me.
Angie, I am not sure exactly what they do since my PT is about my pelvic/hip issues and not so much the pee issues.
I do do kegel exercises that combine a kegel, knee squeeze and bridge all together and have noticed better bladder control if I do that, but I am sure there is more.
My hips hurt and I feel like I've been kicked in the crotch, am I going to start peeing my pants soon?
As far as names go, boys names are easy. We knew we would name a boy James Alexander or Alexander James for family. But girls names aren't as easy to come by, although we are making progress.
I'm chortling while trying to imagine what facial expression one would make while doing these exercises.
