Happy Birthday!
I enjoy the occasional freak warm day in winter, but I miss the snow. I was out of town when we got what little there was last week and now I'm afraid I won't get to see any this winter at all!
(And yes, I do love a good fed snow day.)

I walk the dog at 5:45 every morning - it is much more pleasant to do this (and motivate myself to get out of bed to do this) when it is 40+ degrees out instead of 20. I also greatly enjoyed being able to eat my lunch outside today.
That being said, I wouldn't be opposed to one good snow storm this winter. I got so much done around the house during Snowmageddon/Snowpocalypse.

Hate!!! And yes, this is based solely on snow day school closures. In my winter of student teaching plus 6 years, I have never NOT had a snow day or at least a delay.
We wouldn't be so bitter if we didn't have to work 110 extra hours (15 extra days) that we never get back...sigh. I hope February is more promising.
(But generally speaking, I hate cold weather and would love more days like today.)
