Here is me. I usually wear the top portion of this outfit untucked with skinny jeans and boots and thought I'd try to make it less casual by tucking it into to black pants. I'm kinda meh about it. The pants are a little too big, so the belt keeps creeping up and I'm just uncomfortable tucking shirts in general. Anyway.
OOTD has also made me realize I wear my hair up damn near every weekday. It's saves me about 30 minutes of sleep and I'm so exhausted lately. So, I just throw it up wet and by the time I get to work it's dry. But looks shiitty.
The accessories. I'm still madly in love with my Pride and Prejudice bracelet.

Heel, but not too bad. However, I don't recommend wearing them to a 6 hour event with limited seating. Today is the first day I've been able to wear them since Saturday. Ouch.
I say no belt, but I know this board is full of belt lovers. I think that sweater shows off your shape just fine without it. I can't see your boots.
