My goal was: 3-4 kids, about two years apart each.
Reality: probably two and probably 4-5 years apart since we have to adopt.
Yup. I am done for sure. Barring any miracles. I've done gone and had those tubes tied!! Don't think I will regret that choice, either. I can't see how I would have any energy for a third child at this point.

I have no idea.
Part of me says we are a happy family of 3 and the other part of me (I like to call it the crazy part) says maybe we'll see what's going on this time next year. We can't afford 2 in day care so W needs to be in K or older before we have another. He'll be 4 this summer (say whaaaa??) so IMO, we've got another year or so to really decide.
I'm marrying for money next time.

I would love another child. I also know that my husband does not want another child, we are two teachers in a state that is on an anti public employee swing, and that half my salary currently goes to daycare, that I can't keep up with the personal things as they stand while I'm working full time.
So, unless a lot of things change a LOT, we're done. But I am sad about it, and I do wonder what would happen if we had an ooops.

I wouldn't have had my 2nd if I couldn't VBAC. I did NOT want another c-section. But that meant switching doctors. No way would I let any doctor tell me what I can do with my body!!!
#3 was an oops so we are definitely done done done!!!!
I think we've agreed to 1 more. I have no idea when that will be. The crazy part of me has baby fever right now, probably because I have 2 pg SILs and a pg friend, but the logical part knows we should wait a while. Maybe 1.5-2 years? Who knows. I'm hoping the baby boom this summer will cure the fever for a while.
Depending on the day, I would say 'one and done', I always wanted to have 2 kids but with some of the health issues towards to end of my pregnancy, I'm a little afraid to the what ifs.
I can't afford to wait to much longer since I don't want to be 40 something and running after a toddler, I think that within the next year I'll make a decision.
