As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Ick - I was just referred to as a "girl" in a work email.
No - not a supervisor, not a superior. I quickly replied last night with an apology about the abruptness of my email. He replied an apology was unnecessary but accepted anyway or something to that affect.
Also, our company as a whole relies WAY too much on email. I'm trying to break myself of the constant email habit but it's hard. Much quicker to fire off an email (as my OP demonstrates) then to pick up the phone. But as others have said, it's very easy to misinterpret an email.
