I'm sorry Huber.
Learning to say NO is the most valuable skill I learned when I was working. Please take some time for yourself and realize that the world will keep functioning while you take some time to decompress.
Also, accept that not everyone will like you. If they don't like you just because you aren't doing all the grunt work for them then they aren't worth knowing anyway. Keep it cordial at work, but don't do them any favors. They certainly could care a whole shyt-ton about your health.
You gotta do what you gotta do to keep yourself healthy & sane. Good luck.
