Will you let us know how this turns out? How easy!! And I have heard such good things about 40 clove chicken, just never made it.
When I'm looking at rentals like that, Molly, I'll open a new window and when I have 10ish windows open, I'll start eliminating. I'll get down to maybe the top 5 or so and then keep opening up new windows, repeating the process until I've gone through the list.
This isn't quite as organized as a spreadsheet, but it forces me to make "real time" decisions. Once I get through all of the options, I'll take the top three or five and put those in a spreadsheet for L's review. He won't review or approve anything not in spreadsheet form.
Since we've had some cons to the kid list today, I'd like to add some pros.
1. Mere said to me, unsolicited, "I wuv you, Mama." *heart melt*
2. I get to buy fun toys and play again.
Our latest obsession: Calico Critters. She loves them and so do I!
I did use a similar approach to this when searching for our Hawaii rental. There was no spreadsheet involved, because I ended up finding one that I really liked and B liked it too.
We made a decision without a spreadsheet.

Someone on the D&R board posted about a Pottery Barn knock-off style table re-do that IMO looks terrible. It looks like an old 90's piece of furniture, not some high end look alike. Everyone that responded is all: Looks Awesome!, Great Job!. Sometimes I want to repond with an honest answer and say "Honestly, I'm not impressed. It doesn't look anything like a PB inspired table to me, just old furniture". That would make me look like a giant B though, and possibly flamed off the board.

Yes. He told me to just send him an email that said I wanted it, but I just wrote a short formal cover letter. There was an issue with another teacher this year that was told to "just let him know" but someone else formally applied and got it because of it. I'm not taking the chance.
I have that same feeling on the craft board. People make some uuuuuugly stuff.
