I hate those. I have them a lot, possibly because I take melatonin to help me sleep, and that tends to cause vivid dreams.
I thought of you guys the other day. I remember a while back, I think it was Brianna that said that when you didn't hear from your H when you expected to, you'd automatically think the worst.
I had that this weekend. H had to rent a truck to go pick up a desk he'd bought, but he was gone hours longer than I expected, and wasn't answering his phone. I was convinced he'd been in an accident. Of course, he was fine, just driving super slow and not answering his phone since he was having trouble manuevering in the truck.
Anyway, it was the worst feeling ever. I felt sick.

The tile floor is finished. De-wallpapering and painting is underway. I am 90% sure I'm going to raid my super secret savings stash so I can install hardwood floors in our living room right now, too.

Lumber Liquidators has good prices, especially if you have a floor area that is not too large, you can take advantage of closeout flooring. BUT when dealing with anything to do with wood floors make sure you (or your contractor) include both the pad and the transition strips in the price of the flooring.We spent $500 on the pad and transition strips alone.

Dear Nesties,
I was sideswiped on I-30 today. I am back home getting ready to deal with it all. I'm fine but shaky with some pain/numbness in my right hand. The entire driver's side is affected from the front to the back. I guess he hit me flush on. Not a great start to my week. And I know it's terrible but I hate that my pristine beautiful car is now all futzed.
T&P's to everyone that needs them. I probably won't be on any more today.

Oh Stephie! I am glad you are okay! Was it a hit and run or did you get his info? I too would be upset about my car but it will be restored as good as new. I hate that this happened to you!

I have a bit of a B&M. Our office is great and we get to order in lunch every day (not my B&M). But it is me and a handful of guys every day. To get lunch someone has to speak up, say lets order it, we pick a restaurant, gather food orders, place it and they deliver. Problem is that NO ONE ever speaks up. I feel like the mother of them, b/c I will be busy or just wait b/c I'm tired of asking everyone if they want lunch, and no one will do it. It takes an hour to get lunch, it is now 12:15 and I finally asked. The response "oh yeah, I'm starving" from all 5 of them. Now we don't get to eat until 1:15. Ugh.
I used to have to gather and place the order, but I finally started asking others to do it so I don't have to every day.
