    Adamar, that's why I always put off going to the eye doctor. No matter how old I get, my prescription changes every year. I keep my same old glasses but they make me get the new prescription for the contacts. If I wear both, I start getting headaches since I'm seeing differently from my glasses and my contacts. Boo.

    I'm hoping to get lasik in a few years, so I wanted to get back on track and have regular exams.  I don't think I'll be a candidate for lasik if my eyes keep changing so drastically, though!

    My mom wants me to get lasik. My uncle did and he's a fan. I'm pretty scared though. And if changing prescriptions rules you out, then I guess I won't have a choice anyway.

    OK, not to be dumb, but there are implants for the eyes?  I mean, I know about the ones if you are blind and you get donated eyeballs from the deceased, but are those the ones you are talking about, or are you talking about a different kind?
