I do however feel kind of bad, the current one is getting demoted.
I think the head honchos realized that you would be better for the position based on recent events and your performance for their business. I wonder if the other girl will quit now? It's hard when you have something awesome happen to you at someone else's expense. Be proud of your new position!!
I just hope I'm not hated for a decision that was not mine. I also hope that he doesnt throw a fit and they end up keeping him, and not promoting me. Buuuut lets not think about that!
Hi ladies!! Just stopping by to say hi. I'm having entirely too much fun on my vacation!! I just finished wrapping G's bday gifts. I bought another one when I got here that I hasn't planned on, but he will love it, do its worth it!! He's at the store now, then we're going to grill up some steaks for dinner then head out to a house party. It's our second time to start a new year together...I sure hope it's a trend that sticks!!

Yep...this chick has bothered me for a looooong time.
And they can still be friends...but she does not need to achknowledge their wedding day--it's OBSOLETE! I just don't know what to do about her anymore. It's going to take more of this (and it WILL happen again) before C finally figures it out. This is one of those things I have to let him figure out on his own, but it really sucks waiting for that to happen.
Hi ladies! I'm back in H-town! As strange as it is to say, I don't feel like I can say I'm "home" anymore. I missed my dog and I'm glad to be back with her, but I really feel more like home is up in Detroit with G. My own house feels strange to be in.
I have a ton of stuff to do/unpack/pick up the mess I left running out the door 2 weeks ago, but I'll try to get caught up on everything in the next day or two. Hope you're both doing well!
That sounds YUMMY. I love me some chinese food, but haven't had any for 2 weeks! Though I did have some yummy thai food one day. Maybe I'll get some take out from the little place down the street tonight!

I'll make sure to type up something to fill you in! I'm still trying to get my head wrapped back around being here again. Just feels strange. I'm trying to get unpacked and get the house cleaned up a little bit today, then maybe apply for a job (or two) this evening.
