By all means. I have a couple of those today that are prime examples of why office windows don't open.
I'm right there with you this week. I hate making mistakes at work. It doesn't happen often, but when it does I make way too big of a deal about it and freak out inside. Blegh. Wish I could rewind a few weeks and just start over.
Ebates is totally on my *** list today. They won't issue a rebate for the oven I purchased through their site last month. Even through their top deal that day was appliances from Sears.
I know several of you use them - do yall have problems with them? This isn't the first time I've had problems, either. They're 1/2 a second from being marked a total scam in my book.
I've never had problems (and I've made some large appliance purchases through them too), sorry to hear you are.
There was one purchase where I used a coupon code and they would not honor my ticket...I chalked that one up and still use them.
I don't know if that makes me feel better or worse... I've had problems with both of the large purchases through them. After hounding them the first time, they gave me the rebate. I just *knew* I'd have problems this time since the rebate was going to be so big.
This time, they were like "Nope. You must have done something wrong." And then haven't responded to any further questions.
I'm done with them. But thanks for sharing your experience.
For a large purchase such as you made I probably wouldn't be so forgiving. Mine was less than $5 rebate. I would try again and hope you get a different representative.

Sorry but this makes me happy. A new CFA just opened by my house and I have already spent way too much time and money there. So I'm going to pretend all the chicken minis are disgusting. I don't believe it, but that's what I'm telling myself.
In other news, I started my diet this week. Cutting carbs is the only thing that has ever worked for me so that's what I'm doing. Pinterest is NOT making this any easier. I wish they had an option to block delicious-looking food pictures.
DH is on an idiot roll. Last week (as I posted) he had the idea that his dad and step mom should come stay with us right after the babies arrive. Not help, just come stay at our house.
on superbowl sunday I only made 10 cupcakes for dessert, there were 10 people and we were being somewhat healthy (in other words not loading up on dessert). I told him there were only 10 and not to eat more then 1. Everyone knew each person got one. i went to get mine and there was only a wrapper. DH ate mine. He didn't even apologize just said oops. The whole room went silent in horror when he said it.
today, while I'm eating chinese takeout he asked if I was going to do Weight Watchers after the babies are born. I said yes. He said "oh you think it really worked for you? really? when are you going to start working out?" Ok, after I had Addie I lost weight and got lower then my pre preg weight on WW. Then after his accident I gained weight and had trouble losing it, but come on. I'm 24 weeks pregnant with twins. I've gained 14 lbs. Zip it for pete's sake.
Oh, M. That is no bueno.
Gah, me too! Everyone in this house has yelled at me in some capacity tonight. I've had it. And Australia is not far enough away!

Keep calling. We are pretty much stuck with Comcast, too. Our bill was getting outrageous and then one month it jumped up 40 dollars a month with no explanation as to why and with no warning. I was irate and called and finally got a manager. She actually worked with me and found a plan that I was happy with that reduced my bill by a lot. Every other call before that was useless...once I was truly iritated and was threatening to leave and be without cable at all they finally helped.
Good luck. I hate them, too.

i have gotten to the point of feeling so powerless and frustrated about my mom's cancer that i can barely even think about it without bursting into tears. i feel so absolutely terrible for her. *SCREAM*
i am angry that my dad didn't take better care of himself, and that he left her without him to suffer through this.

This seems trivial in comparison, but someone in my house has been sick or had some sort of symptoms of illness for like a month. DH was sick, then a week later we had overlapping flu, we were ok for a few days and now G has diarrhea and I've got a sore throat/head/neck. I'm so sick of being sick that it's not funny. I wish I could call in sick
