Re: Three bored nesties
My FIL just sent everyone an email updating his health condition, he had a kidney transplant over 2 years ago, and it basically was a 'I'm dying, but will fight it, but I feel like I won't win this fight and I'm depressed' letter. I feel so bad for him, and my dh, and idk what to do.
On the other hand my MIL is not getting any attention(because of FIL), so she is in the hospital to with what she think is a stroke. She does this all the time, mostly when another family member is I'll, if the family is planning a big get together, and on my dh's birthday( every single year). I have no sympathy for her, it's all for attention, but it's really affecting dh, having BOTH parents in the hospital.
Oh honey I'm so sorry! I can only imagine how tough that is on your DH. Lots of prayers to y'all.
Tonight: cuddling on the couch watching DVR-ed stuff from last night ( I swear, 95% of the shows we watch are on thursdays... Grey's, Big Bang Theory, Jersey Shore, The Firm, Up All Night, & Person of Interest. I guess that's not so bad though...the only other shows we watch are The Good Wife, Texas Multi-Mama's (I've read one of their blogs forever so its interesting to see her on TV now), and Glee.) and making baked potatoes
Tomorrow: Shopping because we didn't go last weekend and C needs new dress shirts and "sexy jeans".
Looking around at Pottery Barn Kids. Visiting my parents. I hope they want to go to dinner, but mom started radiation on Thurs so she may not be up to it.
Sunday: Watching the Texans game, taking down the Christmas tree.
Monday: C has to work
I'm sorry about your FIL. They aren't in TX, huh? I'd bet a visit would do him a world of good.

I can't imagine what your DH is going through...I'm sure he is SUPER stressed! {{{{hugs}}}} to you both!!!
I emailed a little with C today! He's so sweet! It looks like my background check is showing clean now, so hopefully it got cleared up when I changed my name back from my married name (that's where everything was showing under anyway).
We got our marriage license this morning. I think Feb 3rd is the day of choice, and after dinner with the families we're either going to go to the Hyatt Hill Country Resort outside of San Antonio and do spa stuff and then go out to dinner on the river Sat, or just stay on the river (I love Hotel Valencia there) and hang out. Laid back, low key, just how we like it!!!

I won't have one for much longer (hopefully)! It not the one I wanted, and I'm just not a big fan. He bought it because we were watching The Hills one day (years ago!) and Heidi was carrying it and I made a comment about it. I wanted one of the classic flap bags.

I'm thinking down with curls, not tight spirally curls, but loose pretty ones. Maybe half up half down.... I'll start looking around on pinterest, and if anything catches your eye send it my way!
I'll post a picture of my dress we found today later. Got it at Motherhood and its black and white, and I got a half-length sleeve shrug thing to go with it. I think I'll pair it with either bright red or hot pink heels.
